More from Waco...Old Friends.

A lot of days after swimming was over the Ogdens would walk 

down the street and the kids would all swim.

Something I didn't do years ago when the Sudans moved into our neighborhood...

walk down the street.

Despite the encouragements from my mom to go meet the new kids I didn't do it.

So I had to wait until I met her at school.

If I had, Christy and I's friendship would have spanned a few more years,

as it stands, it covers 2 decades.

Wow.

That is a lifelong friend.

And the sweetest one I could ever ask for.

(that could be a whole post all on it's own!)

One afternoon the Harp kids came over too with their mom, Kelly.

Another long time friend and Baylor roommate!

 

Jayden Ogden, Hudson Harp, Holland Harp, Gracie, and Ellie

 Best buddies. 

These two got a lot of time together this summer...

they were really cute little friends and swimmers!

This one should have been with Gracie and Duncan...

don't know where Duncan is...

it's a little harder to get these two barely three year olds 

to stay in one place for very long!

I feel like Emmy's saying, what are those things she has on and 

what don't I have one??

Wow--there are a lot of years of friendship between us!

So glad the Harps are in Waco now so that we can see them when we go there!
