We have just gotten back from Germany!! We had a great time. But before we left we got to spend a few days in Boston with my dear friend Christy and her sweet Jayden. Ellie and Jayden are 5 months apart...they were so sweet interacting with each other. They kept trying to hold each other's hands!! Here are some pics from our time...We got to go to the beach in Gloucester, MA.
Ellie was going through a stage where she hated her car seat...but Jayden loved his (when he wasn't sleeping in it!) This pic is for all you who say Ellie's always smiling in her pictures!!

Somehow we finally made it to the airport with two babies, two strollers, two carry-ons, and six suitcases! (our husbands were meeting us there because they were flying from Uganda) But, we made it! We had a few days to get adjusted to the time change before we headed north of Frankfurt for a conference. We met with all the Antioch missionaries all over the world. We were so encouraged...we have come back to Boston refreshed and re-invisioned for all God has for us here. Here are some random pics of our travels.

We found highchairs to be a rarity in Germany, so we had to be really creative about where and how we fed Ellie. Here she's eating on the bed in our hotel room.
We visited several little German towns...in this one (Johannesburg) was saw acres and acres of vineyards!

What a fun trip...we had such a great time with the Ogdens! We wish they didn't live so far away!!
We are so glad to be settled back in our home again. I think Ellie loves being back in her own crib. But we had such a great time!!
