Family time in Waco!

 It's always been so fun to get two solid weeks with my sister and her kids every summer 

during swimming.  It's a really sweet and significant time for me to
get with them since we've lived far away for so long.

This year Caroline was at Kanakuk so she didn't come...we made up for it...more on that later!

But we did have a blast with the others...

John David, Claire, Ellie, Gracie, and Emily got very creative with their indoor activities!

One whole day they worked on preparing a talent show

(directed by Claire) 

and then they performed it for us that night.

It was really good...

complete with costume changes, ballet dances, a little hip hop, great music, etc.

Great job, Claire!

And here she is...

the woman that makes it all happen!

She cooks, she cleans, she directs traffic,

she takes lots and lots of kids potty, answers lots of phone calls,

and still has time to read to her own.

Whoa.  It's true what they say...she is Superwoman!

My brother was on a mission trip to Peru for some of the time we 

were there, but he never misses a moment with his nieces and nephew

when he's around!

 As has been our tradition, we usually go out to eat one of the last nights 

we are all there to celebrate another year of swimming.

So thankful for the month of June and how my kids get so much time with their cousins.

Such a blessing.

We soaked up every minute.
