More Fun with Caroline and a Visit from the Meeks!

As soon as we got back Trav's aunt and uncle and cousins were here...
passing through before and after other stops.

It was so much fun to get to see them!

They took us to a Diamond Backs game one afternoon.
Ellie and Aunt Libby

and it just happened to
be a game where they let the kids run the bases...
so they did!

So glad Caroline was with there to help them and run with them!

Here's what we did the rest of the time she was here...
 ate!

swam

just hung out together
(the Olympics may or may not have been on A LOT that week!)

Loved our time with family!

"Sweet Caroline"

(almost out of july...this is starting to get ridiculous but
I'm committed to sticking with it!)

That's what my kids always sing when we talk about or see my niece Caroline.

And after we left Winter Park, we got to see her!
My sister and David were so sweet to make it all happen since we
didn't get to be with her during swimming this summer.
They flew her in to Denver and we picked her up there...
then we headed to Trav's parents ranch.

It's so beautiful there and we don't get to be there very often,
so to get to spend even one night there was a real treat!

Such a typical moment...
SG helping out her little sis.

The Richmonds were beginning two weeks there so we
got to spend some quality time with them for a few hours the day
we both got here.

Such a beautiful family.
(missing Annie and Molly here...still on a mission trip)
A fun 18 hours! :)

My friend Lisa the Photographer

She really is...she has a great eye for it and takes unbelievable pictures.

She took some of our kids at iCON...
it was a little crazy but she still got some really good ones!

I LOVE this one...so Gracie.

She caught the mischief in her eyes!

Oh I love my big girls...their laughter fills a room.

This one is hilarious...very indicative of the way the little photo shoot went!
I think it's so funny that Emily is sitting there and not getting up, but screaming!
And Gracie is looking away and holding up a flower.
And Ellie is being the oldest child, trying to hold it together and follow instructions!

THANK YOU, LISA!!
My entryway has all new photos...and it's so sweet knowing they were taken by such a dear friend who knows me so well and loves my kids so much.
