My Emily...10 months

10 months.

I can't believe how fast the months fly by.  

She's still waving.  All the time.  To everyone.

She's still full of life.

She's still as feisty as ever.
She's tough.  Not much phases her...an accidental kick, bump, etc.
She takes it all in stride.
She gets louder as her sisters get louder to make sure her voice/requests/demands are heard.
Her little blue eyes seem to get bluer
(more inquisitive, more aware) all the time.
She still doesn't sit much...on the go all the time.

She's still our littlest bundle of joy.

She's learned to worship this month.

Clapping, lifting her hands, smiling, laughing.

She and Ellie are becoming sweet buddies.
They will play on the floor together and Emily will just laugh hysterically at her.
She and Gracie are buds too, but Gracie is still learning her boundaries with her.
I'm really not able to leave them alone in the room together, ever.

There are so many bittersweet moments as a mom...you love when they grow into the next stage, but you mourn the loss of the one before (well, that doesn't apply to everything--like sleepless nights!).

I have said it before, but the middle of the night moments are more sweet than rough.
She's such a snuggler so she will just nestle in and let me hold her.
I won't have these days forever so I try and treasure them.

I love you, Emily!  Happy 10 months!
