My Mom's Visit

I am sad that I have so few pics form when my mom was here, but that's probably because we were moving full steam ahead with life here and she was just coming behind us and cooking, cleaning, going to the grocery store, doing dishes, playing with the kids, allowing me to go to campus and meet with girls.  She even slept on the trundle bed in the girls' room and never complained about it!

I was a huge help for me...but we didn't do a lot of "fun" stuff (though she would tell you "fun" for her was cooking for us, going to the grocery store and finding good deals--then going back again, sitting a reading a new story to the girls, etc).  But we did take one day and packed in a ton of stuff that we all loved.

We started at the Children's Museum in the morning, ate lunch there, then drove over to meet the team at our the new building where we're starting to have church.  Then that evening we went to a fun train park in Scottsdale...and THEN we went to Yogurtland!  Wow.  We packed it in.

Children's Museum.
We have a great one here.  The kids love it.

E looks so old to me here!

At the Scottsdale train park.

I don't even have any pics of her with Emily, but they were for sure buddies.
My girls love their Grandmommie (or Mimommie as Gracie still calls her).

She really does serve us tirelessly from the time she walks in our front door.
Thank you, Mom!!
