Mailboxes and Haircuts

Every Christmas my parents hang "mailboxes" on the Christmas tree.  My Gram made them years ago for my sister, brother, and I.  And since then they've added mailboxes for all the grandkids.  There's been a tradition ever since my Gram died...after we open presents we "check the mailboxes".  And there's money there from Gram.  It's always a sweet time of remembering her.

This year we weren't at my parents for Christmas, so...we did mailboxes tonight (Christmas in March??) for the girls to open.  Scott always remembers to do them.  Sometimes it's an emotional time...tonight, it was all fun! :)

The girls don't have much hair, but that doesn't mean they don't need haircuts!  My mom got the scissors out tonight (and just for the record, they were the same scissors that once cut my dad's hair when he was a baby).

Someone told me cutting hair can make it grow back faster...we'll see!
